There is unfortunately no universal coverage for Medical Nutrition Therapy and benefits vary by state and different plans. Insurance coverage will be based on your specific in network nutrition benefits under your insurance plan. We ask that you please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify your nutrition benefits. Please use the verification of insurance benefits form to use when calling your insurance company.
We also accept HSA or FSA funds, and if we do not accept your insurance company, we can help provide a superbill (medical receipt) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement purposes.

Please note: If not covered by or not using insurance, out of pocket fees are $250 for initial sessions and $150 for follow-up sessions.

All appointments are conducted virtually via a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. In-person appointments are available if local to Boston.
We teach you how to meal plan for yourself so you don’t feel restricted by cookie cutter plans. Following specific meal plans is not sustainable and doesn’t teach you how to account for your evolving needs and lifestyle. We believe food should be satisfying
and nutrition changes should be realistic in order to be effective and sustainable which is exactly what we work on together! We educate and coach you on effective frameworks, strategies and concepts for meal planning and also provide you with various meal and snack ideas based on your goals!
